Handmade in our Brooklyn studio, it features thick satin-edged silk velvet ribbon and a French barrette closure, making it easy to wear a multitude of ways, in any type of hair. The Wide Velvet Bow Barrette is made by hand in New York of silk velvet ribbon with a steel French barrette closure. We recommend treating this bow as you would a piece of jewelry, and storing in the dust bag when not in use. Avoid contact with water, perfume, and other chemicals, including hairspray, which should be used before placement in the hair.
