The Francine Hairpin is made in New York of Austrian crystals and a hand-made silk tassel dangle accent on a 18k gold plated steel hair pin, designed to stay firmly in place. We recommend treating each pin as you would a piece of jewelry, and storing in the dust bag when not in use. Avoid contact with water, perfume, and other chemicals, including hairspray, which should be used before placement in the hair.
