Despite its considerable embellishment, this headband is lightweight and flexible; we wear-test our headbands for comfort, to ensure the perfect fit. The Czarina Headband is made in New York of crystals on a flexible and comfortable headband base. We recommend treating this headband as you would a piece of jewelry, and storing in the dust bag when not in use. Avoid contact with water, perfume, and other chemicals, including hairspray, which should be used before placement in the hair.
