More akin to a piece of fine jewelry than a hair clip, the Absolem Barrette is made by hand in New York, with hand-embroidered Austrian crystals scattered across silk chiffon, dip-dyed to create a vivid ombré effect. Butterflies are iconic emblems of the Jennifer Behr brand, signaling spiritual rebirth and connection to the divine. The butterfly is wired by hand to create the nuanced, lifelike shape, and each one is finished with a French flip clip for secure placement anywhere in the hair— layer multiples at once for a dramatic finished look.
The Absolem Barrette is made by hand in New York featuring a hand-embroidered Austrian crystal butterfly with French steel flip clip closure. We recommend treating this clip as you would a piece of jewelry, and storing in the dust bag when not in use. Avoid contact with water, perfume, and other chemicals, including hairspray, which should be used before placement in the hair.

Ground shipping is free on all U.S. orders over $150 and on all other international orders over $350. 2-Day and Overnight shipping is available for domestic orders at checkout.
