The Allira Bobby Pin Set is made in New York of silk organza and Swarovski crystals on a rhodium-plated steel bobby pin. We recommend treating these pins as you would a piece of jewelry, and storing them in the dust bag when not in use. Avoid contact with water, perfume, and other chemicals, including hairspray, which should be used before placement in the hair.
